The check-in process was slow. i waited in line for quite a while, even with only a few people ahead of me. also, the wifi signal wasn't consistent throughout the hotel. It was annoying to have weak signal in certain areas of the hotel.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly. I felt okay all time on the hotel. There was sufficient security.

Before arriving I had booked a room with two double beds. I was told there was no room available with two beds when I checked in. They brought in a small cot that was not ideal.
